As a business, we spend lots of money annually with this company. When our company was in NJ we loved our driver and deliveries would always come on-time. Now that we moved to Bethlehem getting our orders has been a nightmare. Things that should be delivered the next day are taking several days and usually the order is incomplete. Not sure how this company operates. Constantly missing items. Inaccurate packing slips. Customer service is horrible.

I have never had so many problems with a supply company. One day delivery is a joke. We have chronic problems with the delivery driver, he lies, doesn’t deliver or when he does, it’s the wrong items. Customer service is a joke too, they clearly don’t communicate with the warehouse. I have called and spoken with a manager and they say they’re going to fix it but nothing ever happens.
