Awesome experience over many years with W&B. They are the go-to property manager in the Mt. Snow region. Managing condominium properties is not easy. W&B works really hard to maintain and improve the properties, keep owner's best interest as top priority and respond in a timely manner. W&B also does a great job maintaining good relationships with vendors and contractors - crucial to getting projects completed. They are a complete pleasure to work with.
I needed a private lot plowed on very short notice on a Sunday, I called wb and they said we can definitely do it and within a very short time. They showed up and plowed more than I expected, did a great job and was very fair on price especially for first time Sunday customer. I would highly recommend them
We have done a significant volume of work in Southern Vermont with this Property Manager. We find them to be fair and reasonable in all matters. They are responsive and pay their bills. Community living (Condominiums) require incredible diplomatic skills and dedication. W&B does a great job with a challenging mission!
