The power RCD tripped after plugging in an old steam cleaner and I could not get it to reset. Turns out you need to test them every 3 months or they can have issues! Will came out on Saturday afternoon on short notice and swapped it out. Then just after he left, I thought I'd test the lighting RCD and of course it would not reset either. So called Will again and after a quick trip home for another part, he swapped out the lighting RCD too. Will is fast, friendly and I'll definitely be keeping his details for any future issue... read more
