Please don't buy anything from Wazo website. I placed an order for a work desk and arm chair on Nov 24, 2024. I have been calling Wazo since last 2 months as I have not received my order. I even visited their North York store and the store was found closed. Wazo site is still up with all discounts but their delivery is not guaranteed. Looks like they are bankrupt.
UPDATE: EVEN THE BBB COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF THEM SO THEY GAVE UP. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY So after hundreds of calls and many emails I got a generic response that the price match does not count lol I reported them to the BBB DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I'm now updating it to include more. After receiving a full payment and our contact details for delivery, Wazo didn't deliver the furniture or answer our calls and emails for 6 weeks.
Good luck getting assistance if you happened to receive a damaged product. No one answers the phone or emails and even after going to the store in person (a flight away!), customer service hasn't made any effort to contact me to resolve the issue. So if you receive products in good condition, no problem! But good luck getting in touch with someone if you need to. Was told they're short staffed. Terrible service, have ordered 4 chairs. It’s 2 weeks above the stated time and the shop app just says preparing order. Called multiple times for customer service and no one answers you (one time waited 1.5 hours). Emailed them and it gives an automated message and no one really replies back.
