After 18 months of being at Wayzata Childrens clinic I have decided to pull my child from their care. Dr Quayle's nurse has a serious attitude problem that I encountered on more than one occasion. Very unwelcoming and condescending at all times. When I called today to get a prescription for diaper rash cream, Dr. Madi Jahnke refused to fill it for us and insisted on an in person office visit. Wayzata Children’s Clinic is the best clinic! The staff and the doctors are so amazing!
We have been going to this office for a year now and they are super helpful and provide great care for our kiddo.
The office staff are arrogant and entiled. I called 10 min before the let them know I was running late. They said let e check with the doctor then hang up. Then about 20 min they call me me back and tell me I need to reschedule. You mean to tell that I can 1/2 take off work, drive cross town in traffic, take my kid out of school, but 15 minutes is too much of an incovience.
