Very disappointing experience. The Groupon advertisement clearly states that they use the Soprano ICE Platinum laser machine. However, when I arrived for my consultation, I was shown a completely different, very small machine that looked nothing like the equipment advertised. The treatment room was also extremely small and looked more like a storage/office space than a professional laser treatment room. I purchased a Groupon for an Oxygen facial for myself and also a microdermabrasion present for my friend's birthday at Wayyoung. We were booked for Monday. When we arrived, for the appointment on the 15th floor in room 1560. Its not a spa or clinic. Its a very small room with so many different rooms and businesses. It looks like rooms for a conference hall. However, they do have a receptionist but it is not a Wayyoung receptionist.
