Thank you Waywest for the service received for our commercial dishwasher on November 18. Dave arrived promptly at our church and worked diligently the entire time to replace a part. His friendly professional approach was appreciated. Thanks Dave!
I found Dave the technician very thorough and polite as he was troubleshooting the problem with my Rinnai on demand hot water unit. He cleaned everything and did all the necessary checks he could do. Reset the temperature on the controllers to 120 degrees and for now everything seems fine. Waywest is going to do a quote to replace the unit in the same location as the existing one. Regards Jack
