Hi, I recently had a service experience with the company Mitsubishi outlander and it was very disappointing. Before getting the service, I called them multiple times, but they kept saying they were fully booked — for two to three weeks straight. Finally, when I was able to get an appointment, they informed me that I would have to pay a large amount and that my warranty had already expired. We were fortunate to have Maddison as our point of contact and we cannot speak highly enough of her product knowledge, people skills and communication with us throughout the process. We bought our 1st brand new 4WD through sales consultant Harry, who has been prompt, helpful, honest and approachable. We literally just walked in, and hoped to get some information about GSR. Harry was the one who greeted us in the first place, patiently answered our questions no matter how basic they were.
