The vets and nurses are truly incredible, so warm, gentle, patient, and genuinely caring. You can feel how much they love what they do and how deeply they care about both the animals and the people who love them. They take the time to explain everything with such kindness and make every visit feel safe, supported, and reassuring. I highly recommend this clinic for the exceptional, heartfelt care they provide.
Thank you so much to Dr Sofia and Nurse Jenna for their wonderful care of my highly anxious and quite antisocial elderly kitty while taking blood for a test, it wasn’t the easiest but they made it as gentle and chilled as it coukd be, I am so grateful.
