I have been in this neighborhood 2 years so far it's great,not a fan of the High HOA fees but I guess it's part of living in a New Build. The room seems small but after I moved all my furniture in I was definitely satisfied. I do recommend if you are looking for a new home.

This has been the most challenging home-buying experience we have encountered to date. As this is our third home purchase, we expected a more streamlined process. The builder often remains unavailable on weekends for necessary meetings, necessitating homebuyers to adjust their schedules to accommodate his availability. Flooring lifting in 3 different parts of the house due to poor quality and they refuse to fix it under their warranty they preach about. It was thrown together in 90 days and if we weren’t checking it every weekend there would have been so much that we would have missed and the structure would be worse off.
