It's a very well kept, quiet, friendly community. Decent parking, safe for your kiddos to play. Respectful neighbors.
I don't reside at this park but I have a friend that does ..all I can say is what I know, the park is clean and well kept, at night it's quiet and the neighbors seem to get along with eachother. I dont know about mgmt there but as good as the park looks im sure mgmt is good to the parks needs ...
Best central location for New Braunfels!, lots are huge and clean - impressive
