Thank you Zach for all you’ve done.I’ve seen a lot of change in 18 years,as I’m a disabled senior it’s getting harder to live here as the rent alone is more than half of my income and I can’t maintain my trailer anymore. I’ve had to move to affordable senior housing and I no longer have to struggle with bills or maintenance , I will miss Zach he tries his best and I appreciate him.

I've lived here for about 3 years now, and I have to be honest when I say I don't have many complaints. I definitely have a lot of good things to say about the park, especially towards park management. I was diagnosed with cancer a couple months back which left me unable to work, I was getting by but paying bills was definitely a bit of a struggle and upper management and park management that represent Knights 1 really came through for me and paid a months rent when I really needed it. I've lived here for more than 15 years. Zach is by far been the best and most helpful person dealing with any issues in this park. He has definitely gone above and beyond for many of us. In the past I did not always have positive interactions. But every experience with Zack has been positive.
