Very lovely mobile home park. Looks like there are new things happening here!!!
Thank you Zach for all you’ve done.I’ve seen a lot of change in 18 years,as I’m a disabled senior it’s getting harder to live here as the rent alone is more than half of my income and I can’t maintain my trailer anymore. I’ve had to move to affordable senior housing and I no longer have to struggle with bills or maintenance , I will miss Zach he tries his best and I appreciate him.
I've lived here for about 3 years now, and I have to be honest when I say I don't have many complaints. I definitely have a lot of good things to say about the park, especially towards park management. I was diagnosed with cancer a couple months back which left me unable to work, I was getting by but paying bills was definitely a bit of a struggle and upper management and park management that represent Knights 1 really came through for me and paid a months rent when I really needed it.
