I wanted to like this program so much but currently as it sits the program is trash.... I'm unsure if they just got all new management or what but none of the staff are on the same page what the rules are vary from staff to staff not to mention the HIPPA violations I witnessed alone would get some of the workers fired. The program they work is literally made for prisoners therefore unless you're familiar with or plan to go into the prison system it doesn't really make sense for the average mother. Besides them messing up my medication changing my script thereself and refusing to give it to me over the weekend with no explanation why… and besides that it was a good place for me and my son and would def reccomend to other mothers in need of treatment.
The director of this place will be investigated along with the whole program I wouldn't be surprised if the doors are shut soon...they allow their patients to go on walks down fentanyl alley blocks away with zero accountability like other programs do with a fellow patient or staff...ridiculous disguised by the way they run their program..came down there to have a civilized conversation over the death of an overdose in the family that happened at their facility and the director came out completely combative rolling her eyes!!... read more
terrible place. they don’t help you with housing, they treat you like children, and they punish you for things out of your control. staff are on a power trip and the building itself is trashy and not a safe place for children
