This vet is only about money. They quote you a price for surgery and change it when you pick up. If you want to get the medication at another place, they make it extremely difficult. They call And say they are ready to pick up but then when you arrive, there's an hour wait, it's not ready, they don't know what happened, etc and then they are dumbfounded that your're annoyed with their incompetence for the fifth time this occurs. Make sure you hat an exact estimate or you will be surprised.

If your looking for a complete animal care facility, Wayside is it! Dr’s Lewis and Parker really take an interest in your pets and the whole staff is wonderful. We have been with Dr. Lewis for 15 years and 3 pets and can’t think of one bad experience Don&Lynn Whalen

So great with our dogs the sweetest & loving staff you could ask for
Dr. Lewis had my ❤ when he came out to our car, plopped down on the asphalt & put his stethoscope on our beagle puppy. He GENUINELY loves all animals and they immediately feel comfortable and cared for by him. Dr. Parker spayed our beagle pup and neutered our 7 y/o basset hound. Both acted as if nothing had happened to them. Both dogs had zero pain or any problems. WE LOVE WAYSIDE & drive to Jasper from Ellijay! We highly recommend this vet practice to you.
I really enjoyed the people and their personalities. the DR. was great and all showed love and affection to RULE. that's what is so important to me. Taking care of Rule.
