I was very impressed with listening to the owner (re: lab certifications, high quality management for his business/etc ) on Rogan’s webcast … unfortunately in reality this co. fell very short on communications & being transparent. After my consultation, I booked a flight & had a time set up for cell therapy treatment but when I asked for specific information on dosage & scientific classification name for the shot, they retreated & ceased communications– very odd. My initial consultation and review of test results was great. There were a few things I needed to get further testing for and this has been a HORRIBLE experience. Since the increased response to this program, there are zero return phone calls or responses to emails through portal. The concept of this is amazing but if you cannot receive service it is worthless. Right now it is 1/3/23. I had a test done 12/20 which was sent to W2W on 12/21.
