Excellent caregiving service's.
Only used their services for a day, but I definitely would again should the need arise. Staci came and did intake. She was very personable and gave us good advice as we were also dealing with a home care agency. On the day that our WAYS nurse was over, giving my mom a shower, my wife tested positive for COVID. I dismissed the nurse as soon as she was done with the shower, for her safety. Given the circumstances, WAYS did not charge me for the full four hours.
