I had a disappointing experience at Waypoint Wellness Center with Joe Money. After one session, he abruptly canceled my follow-up with less than 24 hours’ notice. I was transparent and poured out my issues. Instead of guiding and working with me to find solutions, he abandoned me. He was dismissive and misrepresented my intent, even implying fraud when I sought both treatment and necessary documentation in good faith. Unprofessional and lacking patient-centered care. Would not recommend.
