The greatest experienced staff anyone could ever ask for. They listen & never give up on you. They treat you like family. Very highly recommend Waypoint Spine for your back issues!! Great teamwork by all!!
From the first appt to the last I was always made to feel very comfortable. I was nervous the first time I went but the staff is so friendly it didn’t take long to feel comfortable. The care they gave me up through my surgery was fantastic. The surgery was a success and I can walk again and work without pain in my SI joint. I would not hesitate one bit to got here for future care! Dr Fairchild is great. Great bedside manner!
I am a farmer, and my back has been slowly deteriorating over the years to the point of I was barely able to get out of bed. Dr. Fairchild and his staff, from day one was professional, friendly, and kind and took care of all my needs. Staff is friendly and professional. The doctors and medical staff care about you and want to help you get better. They want you to be pain free and care about your well being. They are there for you 100% of the time during your office visits, surgery, pre and post operation, and during your road to recovery. Would reccomend Waypoint Spine to anyone who is looking for a great back specialist.
