We recently provided services for Waypoint Restoration in June 2024, and despite multiple attempts to follow up on payment, we have yet to be paid. Communication from the company has been minimal, and promises of payment have not been fulfilled. We urge others to exercise caution when working with Waypoint Restoration.

What a relief to have Waypoint when the freeze this winter gave us a terrible water leak. The water damage spanned three rooms including walls and floors. Bringing everything to begin mitigating the damage on the day we reached out, we knew we were in good hands. Contacted Waypoint for water mitigation services, and Chris and William came out promptly, assessed the issue, and recommended a plan. Great communication, reasonable prices, and excellent service! I highly recommend this company!

I’d like to thank William and his crew at Waypoint for turning what felt like a disaster into a minor inconvenience. He showed up less than hour after the call and they got right to work on drying out the area, clearing out the mold and the rebuild is like new. Also helped me with the insurance claim process. I highly recommend Waypoint if you’re dealing with any type of water damage
