This place has definitely struck me as a great hands on facility. When I was at my lowest point the staff made sure to be present and available throughout my stay. The aftercare is phenomenal from their IOP to the Alumni program having wellness checks. They really get into the knitty gritty of recovery and aid their clients in not only staying sober but rebuilding upon themselves physically, mentally and emotionally. Wonderful place with even greater staff.I highly recommend.
FRAUD AND ABUSE ALERT. I was a previous client. Spent 15 days in hell. They don’t clean the showers every day or leave any disinfectant for after every use. The toilets were stopped up and we complained numerous times. We had to wait until the cleaning person was in before we were able to get a plunger and I had to plunge them myself. Disgusting. The staff was clueless and untrained. Then they kept me up every night and day checking on me every 15 minutes for 15 days waking me up all night long with the heavy door and lights... read more
I absolutely loved my time at Waypoint.. The staff was amazing.. The people were amazing there.. I've never been to rehab before and from the stories I've heard about other places..I got lucky.. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful..I met a lot of people there.. This place and staff really helped change my life..
