After choosing Wsypoint to service my twin Yamahas we arrived at the boat ramp and discovered that one of the proposals not engage. This was Friday before 4th of July. I contacted the service manager and he sent someone directly to us at the boat ramp. He fixed the problem right away and the 4th weekend was saved! Great company to use!!

This review focuses solely on the service aspect. The technicians are competent and provide good quality work. However, I have a problem with their pricing practices. Initially, my invoice was over 5 times the amount of labor hours it should have charged. I disputed the labor hours, and they reduced the hours by about half immediately.
