I would Not recommend hiring them for helping prepare a Medicaid application for an elderly person. So many issues working with Melanie. Will give details soon.

David Nathan was extremely helpful when I had some issues with a will probate. He explained everything clearly and concisely, in a way that I was able to understand. I have and will continue to refer personal friends and family to waypoint legal for assistance with Eldercare issues.

I had been putting off doing my estate plan for years, it all seemed so complicated to me. Josephine and her team made it plain sailing, she had the whole thing set up and ready for signing within 2 weeks of my initial enquiry call. I was so relieved to see it all handled so quickly, efficiently and with such good humor!
