Excellent. I generally prefer to not have to deal with a human on the phone, but needing to add a teenager to insurance on two cars was something I wasn't familiar with being able to do on my own. Amanda answered the call! She guided me through the process, provided the updated docs and we're now all set to allow our teenage son to start driving - yikes!
