Very unprofessional! Messed up on the transfer form and denied to admit the fault, rude and disrespectful. Apparently the guys name was, Ang. They need more trained and professional people there We missed our ferry and didn’t got the car transferred at all. Such a shame for them for ruining the agency and feel bad people whose suffering
