Went into Waypoint for assistance with car insurance. Chris McElgunn immediately welcomed me to the office and helped me with the process of transferring ownership and cancelling the insurance on the vehicle I was selling. Very knowledgeable and helpful and I appreciated the fact that I was able to call him a week later for additional followup and questions I had. Excellent service and I highly recommend Chris.
