I was in the branch to renew my car insurance and Victoria was extremely helpful. She took the time to explain everything so well. i was so impressed with her customer service.
Just try to get ahold of the parksville office. The phone number listed sends you to some random call Center (not in parksville). I asked to be transferred to the parksville office.. rings twice then message says “nobody is available to take your call. Goodbye”. And disconnected. Now I have to physically drive down there. Any business that is unavailable to its customers is no longer getting my business. It’s almost as bad these new AI answering services.. these companies will never receive my business.
