I've been renewing insurance for 2 vehicles here for the last 10 years. Sadly it appears they have been conglomerated into a large national corporation. I prefer to support small local businesses, so I am now taking my business elsewhere.
I was in there to transfer my insurance from one vehicle to the next. It did take a lot longer than I had anticipated. The young lady was learning so I was chill. 5 star service, thank you.
Very helpful and fast ... thank you Nyssa. Newest Visit: My wife and I had to do some changes on titles and insurance for our vehicles. We found it hard BUT Francis helped us straighten it all out pretty darn fast. We are both very impressed with Waypoint Insurance here in Qualicum - life is good!
