I have, quite happily, just renewed my vehicle insurance by phone & email for the first time. Deanna Stirling was a treat to deal with. She was prepared with all of the information I needed to complete the task and prepared me for a potential switch to Navacord for my home insurance. if you haven't heard her lovely voice, give her a call - but be prepared to stay on the phone longer than might otherwise have been necessary, as it could be tough to say goodbye.

I encountered problems paying my auto insurance on-line with ICBC. When I phoned Navacord I was connected to a lovely person at their Gold River office. Deanna Stirling led me through all the necessary steps beautifully, with humour and a sparkle to her voice. I wish all my phone transactions were this pleasant!
