My advice is to be very cautious doing business with this company. Waypoint recently completed a project at my home. The first red flag was requiring 50% deposit to start the job. The budget overruns started on the very first day and when we discussed with the managing partner, he threatened to pull his crew from the job unless we agreed to pay the additional money.
