We use waypoint through my husbands insurance with Aetna. We have had the WORST experience with communication. We have tried for 2 months to get ahold of Stephanie and we constantly go unanswered. Everyone at his work (village of Enon) has the same issues with getting answers. I have even emailed a higher up exec with the company and that has gone unanswered as well. Very disappointed in the entire experience
Working with Polly has been a pleasure! Insurance is not my "cup of tea", whereas Polly has been patient answering all my questions and concerns. I am grateful to have such an experienced and knowledgeable representative, and appreciate all of her help.
Every time I've had an issue, no matter how big or small, Stephanie has always made it right for me! She and Polly are always friendly and upbeat. They must be angels to deal with insurance companies and still smile!
