Beware of billing. Prepayed several invoices. Never got credit for them even though payments were processed through the bank. Tried on several occasions to correct billing but was never corrected.

Fantastic! Heard this was the best place for soil testing. Sent my sample in, called a few days later to share my payment information, had my results in less than an hour. The woman who I visited with on the phone was a gem. On one hand, they delivered the information I needed extremely quickly at a reasonable price. But they also were personable. Even though I only spent $10 getting some soil tested, Oscar at Waypoint spend 15 minutes with me on the phone explaining everything to me and giving me great advice. They didn't make a bunch of money off me, but they still took the time talk me through things, and that says a lot about their character. They've earned my continued business and I'll be referring others to them too.
