Waypoint and Ty are awesome! For some reason our ac was pushing heat in June. Ty came over around 8pm trouble shot and figured out that our Nest had done something and switched the “O and B” wire settings”. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thanks Ty!

Ty at Waypoint AC was superb. We had an issue, called the company that installed the system and had a terrible experience- they would not tell us what was wrong, they just said to replace the system for 10-12 thousand dollars. Ty responded immediately to our request, and found the issue quickly. We especially appreciated how he explained his diagnosis and the expected repair process. On time. I was looking at the new unit like a new car. I can't believe the amount of work it takes to install an AC unit. Very informative! Explained how to take care of the unit. What to do if the unit needs attention. Changing the filter every 30 days. The price was just right and they can be here Tuesday to install. Explained about Reem and how good the product is. I would recommend them it a minute. Ty is a total gentleman.
