Everything about the experience with Waypoint was great. Not only did they provide friendly and timely service but the diagnosed the issue honestly and the repair ended up being a 1/3 of what the previous A/C company quoted. Ty and Chip were attentive to my concerns. They came right away to assess my system and order parts. They were kind and thoughtful regarding my circumstances. I had the ECM motor replaced, as well as the board. I had one gallon of freon added.
