Very sad to see post negatively portraying Dr. Schneider, when almost all the negative comments stem from the commenter. If you wait or forget to refill your script, go to the pharmacy that has been filling it, and ask for one dose at a time until Monday. Most won't even charge you. It is more his fault your husband drank draino, you should have called 911! They give you a number to call for after hours or emergencies, that, is the number to call. Dr Schneider was the first doctor who actually listened to me and stopped trying to fit me into a box for the insurance companies. I’ve struggled for the last 20 years trying to manage my life without a very good track record. Dr. Schneider looked at the whole picture and recognized what I was dealing with. He made the biggest impact on my life that I’ve seen since I learned to swim. You can trust Dr. Schneider. You will not find a more competent, experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctor.
Filing a HIPAA complaint against Dr. Owen B Schneider was the most therapeutic experience I had under his “care.” Second was speaking with a medical malpractice attorney and being told I have a case against Dr. Schneider should I choose to pursue it. This man should not be practicing medicine. He’s shown a complete disregard for his patients and his former employer and their office staff. Dr. Schnieder is a very compassionate, considerate Dr. with a sense of humor. He's helped me immensly manage my life much better since I started seeing him. My situations are much better. Through counseling and the right meds., he's helped me manage my life much better. What really disappointed me were some of these reviews I have read.
