I waited nearly a month for a letter that I need to try and gain employment, the letter that I received is so poorly executed that I am worried that it will be considered fake! There is no way that a VA employee doesn't know to put a period at the end of sentences, words are misspelled, randomly letter capitalized, signature looks like a slinky, "to whom it may concern" should be followed by a colon, not a comma, there is double spacing in between some words. Very rude on the phone. Had a delay on the phone call and she rudely asked “can I talk” after explaining what happened just hung up.

Unlike medical offices I’ve used in the past, Waynesville’s VA outpatient clinic is friendly, hospitable, and is wonderfully supportive. The front office staff are never too busy to smile and greet patients in a warm and inviting manner. They go above and beyond the call of duty to find solutions to the most unusually issues. The medical and behavioral staff are top-class and both friendly and professional, seemingly driven to make sure every vet is happy and healthy. This is a wonderful resource for us vets!
