I work overnights so did the online quote at 4:30. needed the repair done soon as it is urgent. so i called the store when they opened. guy on the phone was very respectful and said they couldn’t do suspension (even though it says they can on the website). he referred me to a different shop that can do it and i told him that was okay and thanked him. later received a VERY rude email from jeff claiming i had left a review when i didn’t even leave a review 😂 He was very rude in the email bashing me for doing a online quote at... read more
Absolutely awful. Made appt then told when by I arrived was told appointments go direct to “boss “ and they never get them could wait 2-3 hours and if I left I lost my place!
I had a tire patched here today. Waynesville Tire is very honest and professional. The air-conditioned waiting room and free Wi-Fi are a plus. Highly recommended!
We love to be able to support local businesses, and Jeff & the team has taken great care of us! They’ve patched a tire and replaced all four on both our vehicles once we needed them replaced. Prices are very fair and the team is always incredibly helpful. The only time we had a repair that was out of their wheelhouse, they were able to recommend another reliable shop. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you’re looking for a local shop!
