Honestly this was not my favorite place to live. We lived in this community for nearly 4 years and saw this property turned over and over. In the beginning it was absolutely completely disorganized the property manager when time out owned the park Ingrid lied to us on numerous occasions, brushed us off and at one point stood in the way of me being able to get a wheelchair ramp added to the property. Ok,to be fair, TimeOut just took rent money and didn't do anything. They didn't care about leaking roofs!windows,doors,ac units, or plumbing. They did not care about deck repairs, blown out skirts, or lawn maintenance. Units are covered in alge and could use pressure washing once a year. Cabinets and fixtures easily fall apart, and every repair person who has shown up seems unqualified for the task at hand.
