Ok,to be fair, TimeOut just took rent money and didn't do anything. They didn't care about leaking roofs!windows,doors,ac units, or plumbing. They did not care about deck repairs, blown out skirts, or lawn maintenance. Units are covered in alge and could use pressure washing once a year. Cabinets and fixtures easily fall apart, and every repair person who has shown up seems unqualified for the task at hand. Loud community with music & vehicles. Made us give up our big dog but it isn’t mandatory for everyone else. Says we weren’t allowed to have a big dog due to how many attacks they had, but several others in the community has them. Constantly raising the rent 200-300 dollars. Don’t move here, don’t listen to lies. Most of all please DO NOT buy. You will have property taxes you won’t be able to get out of! No ground keeper, dirty.
