So here it is 5 yrs later and I still consider waynesville pharmacy my favorite for personal service and care. I am NOT family and have never told the pharmacy I have rated them on yp. My most recent experience involves the owners walking my prescriptions outside the store, to my car so I did not have to wake up my sick child to go in and get his medicine. This type of customer service would never happen at a major pharmacy chain.
I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and a hello. When I got to the drop off window, yet another smile and hello from another employee. There was a since of warmth and true welcome. I had never visited this pharmacy before and yet was greeted as if I was a loyal customer who had been going there for years. This is very rare to experience any more, most employees i encounter in the retail world tend to not "pay attention" to their customer but more so to the clock and their co workers weekend experiences.
