I went in for my annual check up, which is covered by my insurance once a year. When asked if anything was bothering me, ‘nope, all fine.’ I shared a medical issue that I saw my dermatologist for & was getting better with cream. I wasn’t asking for any medical opinion, nor did I receive any from my Dr. here. She didn’t even look at my arm to view it. A few weeks later I get a bill in the mail for my visit. Honestly the most lackluster care I’ve received from a provider. I began at this office with Dr. Messina who was wonderful and had a wholistic (as in looking at the whole human, not in a hippy-dippy way) approach to her treatment. She was wonderful. My care was transferred to Dr. Sheppard and she is fine as a doctor but I don’t feel that she or the office in general really focus on you as an individual. At a time when there's so much money and greed in the health care system, this place is loooong overdue for a visual upgrade. The floors flex and bow, the place looks like it probably did in 1970. It just looks and feels dirty here. Here's to more corporate greed comin at cha!

We cannot get mother’s records and doctor has faxed over and we also called three times and left messages since she moved. Unbelievable ! Happy she is now in a more upscale facility and provider! This is irresponsible and inconsiderate for elderly care!

Dr Shephard must have graduated at the bottom of her class. Low-rate country doctor care. Old medical equipment and antiquated facilities.
