Awesome place to do business now with new owners. Just bought my husband a brand new ram and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. EVERYONE is very friendly and professional and did everything in their power to help us and get us the best deal. We will definitely be returning to Paul Thigpen for all our automotive needs !

INITIAL VISIT (approximately 2021) I had an appointment and my wait time was less than 1 hour. 2024 UPDATE - Change in service department managers/workers over the years has caused workmanship and customer service to DECLINE!!! I had a very bad experience with a repair on my car where a taped hose was installed instead of a brand new one like I paid for and the salesman-Blake - was extremely rude and tried to blame me for tampering with the hose. This place sucks. I needed an oil change for my vehicle because I have a service contract. I spoke with someone a week earlier they told me I didn't need an appointment r and went to the place on May 9th they were gone out of business gates up with a padlock. I drove 60 miles for nothing!!!
