He is so thorough, caught crucial mistakes made by other doctors, and actually spoke to my grandmother with the respect and decency she deserved. In a quality-of-life discussion, he asked my dad “does she still laugh?” which was so thoughtful. RIP Fern & Go Terps!

This was an amazing practice before Keystone took over. Greedy company. I should be able to call in on occasion for a doctor to write a prescription for an antibiotic or any medicine that I know will help me without being seen. My calls should go to the office I’m calling, not a call center. Very disappointing. Dr Ternes is a great doctor but Keystone is only worried about making a profit.
I had the privilege of interacting with Dr. Goldman and Dr. Ternes in the past. They are very knowledgeable doctors. Everybody was nice to me at the office.
