So, most of the time they seem ok. However, there is always an extraordinary amount of time spent waiting to get blood drawn. Idk how they are always sooooo busy no matter what day I go in and time. That's kindof frustrating. This last visit tho the tech wasnt very friendly/personable. I had a hard time recognizing my name being called and she's a little rough with her pokes. No pleasantries at all. Just kinda meh....

It has been an unfortunately, terrible experience working with the lab techs at Waynesboro hospital. I’ve been in there at least 4 times in the past 3 months. Each interaction has left a bad taste in my mouth. There is one employee who throws blame at you and/ or attitude. She shouldn’t be allowed to interact with the public. Rating a 1 star, but really deserves 0.
Quality care. Compassionate, professional people. Best place to go when you need them.
