Scheduled a CPE 6 months ago with lab to be done prior to appt. Because of the office's previous negligence in getting orders to the lab, I asked for paper copy. I picked up orders, went to lab 1 week before appt. Received a 2 min voicemail of dialtone from the office day before appt. and logged into portal night before to assure myself of correct appt time.
