I took my 13-year-old son to Mr. Adams for a root canal consultation, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. Mr. Adams was cold and distant, not taking the time to communicate with my son or explain the process of the examination. When he tested my son's damaged tooth, he didn't inform him about any potential discomfort, which made the experience more stressful for my son. Unfortunately, I ended up in Dr.Adams chair multiple times. He has always been compassionate, kind, thorough, and has done the best of the best work on me. He offers oral sedation if needed, too. He always called me back if I had concerns or questions about post-procedure pain even after office hours. As a healthcare provider myself, it is easy to see he has his patients best interest in mind when it comes to his work.

Dr. Adams did a root canal through my crown, and I didn’t feel a thing. He was gentle and thorough. Tooth feels ok . Update; Went back two more times with Dr.Adams because the tooth was still hurting after the root canal. He gave me antibiotics didn’t help. Tried other things but nothing worked. To this day it’s still hurting don’t know if I even needed a root canal since nothing changed.Will not go back there anymore!!!! Will take three stars away since I still have the same problem!!!

Root canal was uncomfortable but not painful. Doctor was very kind and patient with my anxiety about the procedure.
