I've always had great experiences with employees here. People take for granted that you can walk in or call and be able talk to someone within seconds- other cities are not like that. They've helped me through everything with my small business from creating an LLC to equipment taxes.

Long story short, this office is completely disorganized and unapologetic and unwilling to work with the public. The office lost our paperwork for our personal property taxes and we are being fined in the form of a late fee because of their negligence. Multiple phone calls to speak with the commissioner, Sabrina von Shilling, were placed on hold for 15+ minutes with no resolution offered. Called about a business license and got put on hold for 5 minutes because the woman answering the phone had to get anither woman to answer my question. End of the day Waynesboro does not want food trucks! Just that simple!
