They completed recall check on two vehicles in one day
Purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram in May and 16 days later check engine light comes on. Part store diagnostic said “REPLACE OIL PUMP”. Took vehicle to dealership and they kept it for two weeks and oil pump was not replaced and truck was returned to us in early June. Here it is July 21st and my husband on his way to work at 4:15am and the truck stalls and shuts off in the middle of the road. Oil and gas…yes oil and gas…pouring from underneath the truck. Research shows that the truck could have caught on fire.
Worst service ever call made a appointment for 2pm for recall was told approximately 30 min job. After waiting a hour Jeep was still in parking lot out back. 1 mech working 1 on the phone and 1 in break room on the phone. Ask for my keys and left Will never go back
Excellent place to buy a car from they wait on you hand to hand make sure you don’t need anything wild paperwork being process I’ll give them five stars and one more thing want to give a shout out to Nikki appreciate everything number one in my book
