Took my van to Wayne's. They fixed my problem, they didn't charge me a dime. Thankyou Waynes.
Wayne’s rebuilt my trans in my 18 Ram 2500! Great price and fast on a holiday week! Had a few hiccups with sensors and they took care of it even after the warranty was up, NO charge!!
Went and got my trans cooler line replaced and it all went well, until I had to bring my truck back in because it was leaking trans fluid. I went back to pick it up and there was still a small puddle of fluid under my truck, so I crawled under it only to find nobody wiped away any of the fluid. They just gave it the good ole glance over and called it good. When I asked the dinosaur running the counter what was wrong he just said "we took care of ya" clearly not. They are trash slow and rude
I can’t speak for everyone else. Was recommended this shop and had my van takin in to them. While they couldn’t get past the manufacturers security or some of the settings they were fair and called and told me they couldn’t get it fixed. Let me know it’d have to go to the dealership mechanics. But it didn’t cost. I hold regard for a shop who gives me an honest report quickly to allow me to get my vehicle in to be fixed right. I will def keep them in mind if a need comes up that I know they can look at for me.
