Took a brand new set of tires and rims in to Wayne's tires to be put on the rims, balanced, and on my vehicle for the winter. Immediately after getting it back the vehicle was shaking as if it wasn't balanced correctly. When I called them to get it back in and checked I was told it likely was shaking because it wasn't in for the retorque as of yet. I'd give Wayne's tire more stars if I could. Fabulous owners and such a great company; all of the staff really do care. They are polite, professional and always provide superb customer service. They have rescued me from truly scary breakdown situations; their response is quick and I can always rely on them. Thank you so much, every one of you; we are lucky to have you in this town!
Very pushy on sale
Best service we have ever had! Today when I called (Saturday) the lady on the phone was great , then the gentleman that came to our aid to fix our flat tire could not have been better! Ty both ! Would highly recommend this business!
A big thank you to everyone at Wayne's!! Had an emergency- leaking front tire- while on my trip to Gravenhurst from Vaughan. Spoke to the lovely friendly ladies at the front desk and in no time my car was fixed ...even without an appointment ...even though they were extremely busy and ...at no cost !! I would have been stuck otherwise !! Truly appreciate you help yesterday !! Thank you :)
