Hey guys, went to WAYNE'S SERVICE PLUS for an oil change. you know the usual. Got my oil changed, my windshield washer fluid filled, all the fluids checked and.... got my car vacuumed too!!!! All while I waited!!! I love this place!!!
WAS a longtime and faithful customer for oil changes, break repair and other maintenance work. Stopped going after they tried charging me to replace a light bulb, AND I supplied the bulb. This is literally a 1 minute job and they were doing other things to the car. I could have taken it to the place I bought the bulb at and they would have replaced it for free. You've got to be kidding. This is how you lose customers Wayne's. Goodbye! I now go to another local mechanic who values customer loyalty.
Be ready to be taken for a ride when you go there. There are so good at making you believe you need repairs that after you get ripped off you'll shake their hands and say thank you. Most people are unaware that Wayne's is not licensed to do auto inspections for cars. They'll let you believe they are an inspection facility, tell you you need repairs,do the repairs at inflated prices, some that were never needed and then send your car down the street to another garage to have the car inspected.I will say however it's a very go... read more
