A bunch of dishonest crooks. I called four plumbers for estimates. 3 were about the same. I used Wayne's because I was told they "would take care of me & not charge me more than they had to". I am 81 and living on social security. I was told a price but was NEVER told there would be a service call fee on top of that. Then they had to go out & buy a water line (it takes 2 guys to do that?) & the owner lamabasted me because he says I told him everything was there but they needed a new water line. Professional, Friendly, and quick.
Called Wayne’s plumbing they scheduled today Steve arrived introduced himself explained what was going on. He was professional and courteous. He stopped the problem we were experiencing. I called Wayne’s because the ratings were high and I agree and also gave a high rating
I would highly recommend Wayne. He answered my call promptly and came out within a day to fix a non-emergency problem with our shower. He also determined the need for a follow up repair. He has great customer service and his rates were very reasonable. Great guy to work with.
