Called Wayne’s plumbing they scheduled today Steve arrived introduced himself explained what was going on. He was professional and courteous. He stopped the problem we were experiencing. I called Wayne’s because the ratings were high and I agree and also gave a high rating
I would highly recommend Wayne. He answered my call promptly and came out within a day to fix a non-emergency problem with our shower. He also determined the need for a follow up repair. He has great customer service and his rates were very reasonable. Great guy to work with.
These guys are great personable and work clean and efficiently. Thank you Wayne and crew. I’m sorry I don’t remember the other gentleman’s name that was here but bang up job. Couldn’t thank you enough.
Professional, reasonable pricing, great customer service, VERY quick to respond to text messages. Answered right away when we called, was ready to come out the next day, called back to offer to come even earlier than planned. A+ customer service, transparent, reasonable price, got the job done same day with no headaches. I wish everyone I did business with was like this. We will definitely have Wayne’s Plumbing back!
