We have used Wayne services for several years. Up until the summer we were extremely pleased with the service. We were having the yard sprayed for mosquitoes and ticks on a monthly basis. I noticed that the security cameras never picked up anybody on our outdoor cameras. This is strange because the cameras are quite sensitive and pick up any type of movement & everyone except his staff servicing our house. Wayne reassured us that the Yard had been sprayed. We used Wayne’s services 2 years ago. Wayne was kind and very helpful for the first season. Last summer I started getting invoices without anyone having shown up. I would follow up again and again. Each time I was told someone came. No one did and I would wait at home all day only to be told by Wayne that someone came. Last year I felt I was going crazy. This year the same happened. I've used Wayne's at a couple different properties of mine for different issues ranging from bugs to rodents and even bats. I would highly recommend his company for any pest control needs. They actually care, they are fair and honest, they are professional, and they are a local company. Wayne always checks in on us to see if there are any updates while the process is underway. Thanks Wayne

Wayne was very knowledgable and told me all the information that I needed to know. I got Taylor Wayne’s son to come and spray my house, it went very well and it killed mostly everything that touched the floor. But it was safe for my dog! Turns out I needed one more treatment for some stragglers and they came right away sprayed again and talk to me about all m... read more

Hired Wayne Pest Control for a mouse issue based on good reviews—big mistake. Paid $285 for bait stations with a "guarantee," but mice kept coming. He returned, made a mess of my deck, then wanted another $252 to seal with cement. I wasn’t home when he “apparently” did the work but asked him to please come and fix the deck( where he took it apart) and show me what work they did. Three weeks later, still no resolution. Further more when asked to check bait stations—he wanted another $50 per visit to come. Still wondering what... read more
