Hired Wayne Pest Control for a mouse issue based on good reviews—big mistake. Paid $285 for bait stations with a "guarantee," but mice kept coming. He returned, made a mess of my deck, then wanted another $252 to seal with cement. I wasn’t home when he “apparently” did the work but asked him to please come and fix the deck( where he took it apart) and show me what work they did. Three weeks later, still no resolution. Great service, I've had a great experience with Wayne for my pest control needs. THe was responsive, professional, and thorough from the first inspection through to the treatment. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions.

Hired and used Wayne for 5 years for Mosquito and Tick control. Noticed this summer that I was being invoiced for services but my camera did not pick anyone up. When questioned he told me he would send someone back, and again my camera did not pick anyone up at the house. This has NOT been an issue until this summer. When questioned again he send me a text that said " Hi, just and FYI we will no longer be treating your property for mosquitos and ticks." Wayne’s service is excellent . They arrived on time and they fixed a problem we had with a colony of hornets and wasp. It was around May. Six months lather we can say everything is perfect. Price is right. You can’t find anything better. I truly recommend Wayne’s services.
