We have used Wayne services for several years. Up until the summer we were extremely pleased with the service. We were having the yard sprayed for mosquitoes and ticks on a monthly basis. I noticed that the security cameras never picked up anybody on our outdoor cameras. I have trusted Wayne’s Pest Extermination for years. He’s helped keep my cats safe, has given me great advice, and provided products I needed that were not generally found in hardware stores. His gentle reminders keep my maintenance on track. And, on top of all that, his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend his services.

Hired Wayne Pest Control for a mouse issue based on good reviews—big mistake. Paid $285 for bait stations with a "guarantee," but mice kept coming. He returned, made a mess of my deck, then wanted another $252 to seal with cement. I wasn’t home when he “apparently” did the work but asked him to please come and fix the deck( where he took it apart) and show me what work they did. Three weeks later, still no resolution. So far my experience has been very good. They were very quick to respond to m request to come out and inspect my property regarding my rodent problem. They evaluated and inspected the inside and outside of my home. They took the time to provide information as to how they would proceed should I decide to have them do the work. We paid Wayne Pest Control in full as requested. After payment, the technician only showed up one time. The owner is now claiming the technician came 3–4 times, which is completely untrue. On the one day the technician did arrive, I was on my way home from work. He left without calling me, even though a simple phone call could have avoided the issue.
