Hired Wayne Pest Control for a mouse issue based on good reviews—big mistake. Paid $285 for bait stations with a "guarantee," but mice kept coming. He returned, made a mess of my deck, then wanted another $252 to seal with cement. I wasn’t home when he “apparently” did the work but asked him to please come and fix the deck( where he took it apart) and show me what work they did. Three weeks later, still no resolution. Wayne’s service is excellent . They arrived on time and they fixed a problem we had with a colony of hornets and wasp. It was around May. Six months lather we can say everything is perfect. Price is right. You can’t find anything better. I truly recommend Wayne’s services.

Wayne was great. We moved into a house and the previous owners were absolutely filthy. We had rats, mice, and something else living under our porch. I sent a quote request to Wayne and he responded within minutes. He installed traps, blocked the access under the porch, and patched the holes around the outside of the house to block any potential entry point. We haven't had a problem since.

I have a few rental properties and Waynes Pest Extermination is my go-to pest control company. Whenever I have any issues, he's always quick to respond, quick to come to the property and has always been able to spot the root of the issue and come up with an effective plan to fix the problem. He's professional, warranties his work, and i really appreciate that he follows up to make sure that the problems haven't re-occured.
